The hotel and villa is arranged into 2 sections — the Mansion and the Villas. On the ground floor of the villa is the reception area, with a comfortable lounge where you can sit and drink tea. On the mansion, there is the Penthouse.

History of Nativity
Nativity Resort & Villas was founded with a vision of creating a relaxing vacation house. But since the owner is not living in the philippines, she turn their home into a pictorial location for birthday and wedding prenuptial.
Later on she decided to build the Resort and turn it into tourist destination where families, friends, and travelers could enjoy comfort, nature, and memorable experiences. Established in 2024, the resort started as a simple private getaway designed to provide guests with a peaceful escape from the busy city life.
Inspired by the beauty of nature and Filipino hospitality, the founders dreamed of building a resort that combines modern amenities with a warm and homey atmosphere. Through dedication, hard work, and passion for excellent customer service, Nativity Resort & Villas gradually grew into a Events place & Staycation.
Over the years, the resort expanded its facilities by adding elegant villas, swimming pools, event spaces, and recreational amenities to better serve guests of all ages. The company continuously focuses on improving its services while maintaining a relaxing environment that promotes comfort, joy, and unforgettable memories.
